Shipping:

Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Shipping prices are calculated through the United States Postal Service and the total will be reflected upon checkout. A flat rate fee of TEN CENTS(Updated Feb 19, 2010)  will be added to all orders for handling charges.

If you, the customer, feel that you need to make some shipping arrangements, please contact us beforehand or include a note upon Paypal Checkout. Currently we offer all domestic USPS methods to the United States and First Class International to the rest of the world. If you do not fall within the United States and would like to purchase some items that can't be shipped through First Class, please let us know! Arrangements will work in favor of the customer.

Note: We only offer First Class International by default to Canadian customers which means you will not be able to checkout some heavier items. Please let us know for special arrangements. Minimum shipping weight for any of our items is SIX OUNCES.

Returns and Exchange:

All returns valued TEN DOLLARS and above are accepted. Returns are subject to a FIFTEEN PERCENT restocking fee unless the return was due to a mistake in our part. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return was due to a mistake in our part. We have a SEVEN DAY return policy so we must be notified within SEVEN DAYS of receival.

All exchanges are subject to availability. For all Returns/Exchanges, please contact support first to get permission before sending anything back.
